Aug 9 (Reuters) - Gaming software company AppLovin Corp made an offer on Tuesday to buy its peer Unity Software Inc in a $17.54 billion all-stock deal, threatening to derail Unity's announced plan to acquire AppLovin's smaller competitor ironSource.

Shares of ironSource were down 11.21%. ironSource could receive $150 million in termination fee if Unity decides to walk away, according to the merger agreement. "The proposed price for Unity appears well below its intrinsic value, and we would expect Unity to reject it for that reason," wrote Michael Pachter, analyst at Wedbush Securities. "We think interference with the ironSource acquisition is problematic, and will cause Unity´s board to tread very carefully before agreeing to a sale outright."

Regueiro, who once played for lower division club Villa San Carlos, was treated by paramedics and later went into cardiac arrest while he was being rushed to San Martín Hospital, according to Argentine newspaper Perfil.

"The two Star casinos presently carrying on business in Queensland (Star Gold Coast and Treasury Brisbane) have been operated in a way that is inconsistent with the achievement of the objectives of the Casino Control Act," the report said.

The investments will include 70 billion riyals to take several minority stakes in companies that support Savvy's game development agenda and 50 billion riyals to acquire "a leading game publisher to become a strategic development partner".

Sept 29 (Reuters) - Saudi Arabia's Savvy Games Group, owned by sovereign wealth fund PIF, will invest 142 billion riyals ($37.8 billion) in initiatives aimed at making the kingdom a global hub for gaming, state news agency SPA said on Thursday.

Another 20 billion riyals will be invested in mature industry partners who bring expertise to Savvy's portfolio and 2 billion riyals will target industry disruptors "to grow early-stage games and esports companies."

The Indonesian football association continues to review the incident. The Indonesian FA also suspended all league matches for one week following the tragedy, while Arema will not be permitted to host any more home matches for the rest of the season.

Fans of the home team Gimnasia La Plata and visiting Boca Juniors had struggled earlier to enter the already full stadium when police resorted to firing rubber bullets and tear gas to disperse the fans. 

In its security protocols, FIFA advises against the use of tear gas in or around stadiums in order to avoid risky situations such as in La Plata or in the Indonesian city of Malanga last Saturday, when many of the dead were crushed to death during the stampede of fans.
The incident, according to Argentine network TNT Sports, was caused by the upsetting reaction from fans when a police officer allegedly pushed a girl. Fans scuffled with security forces who responded by firing rubber bullets and tear gas.  Meanwhile, fans were still attempting to enter the stadium, but the entrance gates were already closed. 

It has five independent subsidiaries, including esports arm EFG, as well as Nine66, which "is building an ecosystem for game developers and studios", and VOV company, which is building gaming and competition venues.
