Australia's Gelatissimo has teamed up with burger chain Milky Lane to release the ultimate Pine Lime Sorbet Cocktail for summer.
The boozy $18 beverage is blended with 42 Below Vodka, Gelatissimo's Pine Lime Sorbet flavour of the month, pineapple juice, lime juice and ice, and is topped with pineapple foam.
To complete the retro flashback, the glass is rimmed with line green sauce, creating a ripple effect that's pleasing to the eye.
The fruity sorbet itself is made with vegan ingredients, sun-ripened pineapples and a generous drizzle of lime ripple.

The cool cocktail replicates the flavour of Streets Splice Pine Lime ice cream. 
Gelatissimo CEO, Filipe Barbosa, said: Mobil Sohbet 'This is such a delicious and fun take on a retro summertime favourite.
'The vegan-friendly sorbet is bursting with fresh, zesty flavour, while the collaboration with Milky Lane really elevates our offering to a whole new, indulgent level.'
The sweet beverage will be available throughout November across Milky Lane restaurant locations in New South Wales, Queensland and the ACT.
